Famous Orations of the World is a website/blog dedicated to providing the user(you, the reader...) with a source of what has been deemed by scholars as some of the world's most famous speeches. This source will include speeches that were made in recent times as well as those delivered in antiquity.

The editor/author of Famous Orations does not own or hold the copyright to any of the speeches presented on the aforementioned site. All speeches spoken in public without a transcript that can be proven to be written before the actual delivery are released into the public domain and can therefore be copied/transferred/presented by anyone who wishes to do so, unless notice is given otherwise. For example, the King Estate has retained copyright status of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream Speech" although it was broadcasted live to millions of people. Should they be allowed to do that? Not in my opinion but that's the way it is so speeches such as these will have notice on them and are not allowed to be copied or distributed in any way according to their copyright status. The text and audio of the "I Have a Dream" speech is restricted(you have to gain permission for it's use...) while images and video of the speech are uncertain. In this case it would be safe to post a video of the speech and not the actual transcript of it.
